Monday Night Rocks Concert Series

So I am just now getting around to write a little blog about this event. It has been going on for weeks, and I have just been too busy! In a nutshell, Monday Night Rocks Concert Series is a free rock concert event put on by the good folks at the Crown Theater inside the RIO. Every Monday Night, there is a free concert with national headline acts performing on stage. And to top it off, you can get $2 beer drafts for the first hour. Here is an example flyer:

I have both DJ’d and Emceed this event. Spinning Rock N Roll excitement to concert crowds, and hitting the mic from main center stage to get the people energized and buying drinks. All in all it has been a lot of fun. To be honest though, my favorite part is doing the mic work. Getting on center stage in front of 1000 screaming concert goers ready and willing to do and say as I please is an experience I wish you all could share!

Make sure you catch it next monday night! How can you say no to a free rock concert and cheap beer? Even if it is Monday! Carpe Diem!
